One of the most often asked questions we receive at Duratherm SIPs is, ” How much does it cost to build with SIP’s?”
The answer is simple. Generally speaking, It is cheaper; however, if your architect is sensitive to the materials that he is using, the margin of savings can increase dramatically.
When we review plans, we make suggestions to create greater efficiency of both time and material. depending on the project’s design and goal, the savings can be anywhere from 10% to 40% lower than normal stick (timber studs) and brick building.
